У статті розглянуто проблему вдосконалення стратегічного управління сталим розвитком промислових підприємств. Недоліки стратегічного управління українськими промисловими підприємствами зумовлено падінням темпів зростання світової та українською економіки, війною, специфікою розвитку соціально-економічних відносин. Запропоновано вдосконалену модель, яка визначає взаємозалежність стратегічного управління інвестиційною політикою та сталим економічним розвитком підприємства, представлено алгоритм управління процесом розробки інвестиційної стратегії.
