У статті досліджено питання економічного відновлення України у контексті регулювання бізнесу під час дії воєнного стану в державі. Визначено економічні наслідки російської агресії для України. Проаналізовано дієвість й ефективність нового плану Маршалла, який розробляють спеціально для економічного відновлення держави, і ролі держав-партнерів у подальшій економічній підтримці України. Вперше проаналізовано етапи, які потрібно застосовувати Україні й державам-партнерам для процесу відновлення.
