У статті досліджено проблематику вдосконалення системи менеджменту підприємств в умовах глобальних ризиків та кризових явищ за допомогою впровадження дизайн мислення та Lean-менеджменту. Визначено основні проблеми менеджменту з урахуванням сучасних проблем зовнішнього середовища. Проаналізовано особливостей системного менеджменту, систематизовано та сформовано визначення поняття системного менеджменту з урахуванням зарубіжних та вітчизняних досліджень. Визначено роль системного менеджменту у загальній системі керівництва сучасного підприємства. Розглянуто загальні напрями вдосконалення системи менеджменту підприємства. Особливу увагу надано досвіду та перспективам впровадження дизайн мислення та Lean-менеджменту на сучасних підприємствах.
