У статті досліджено естонський досвід електронного голосування і розкриття перспектив запровадження естонської моделі Інтернет-голосування в Україні. Проаналізовано процедуру проведення електронного голосування в Естонії, правові, організаційні та технічні аспекти його впровадження, а також позитивні риси впровадження електронного голосування. Автором зроблено висновок про доцільність у впровадженні електронного голосування в Україні застосування естонського досвіду, зокрема голосування протягом певного часу, можливості зміни голосу до закінчення часу, який відводиться для голосування, пріоритету голосування на виборчій дільниці над Інтернет-голосуванням у разі застосування обох форм голосування, а також застосування відповідного програмного забезпечення.
