У статті обґрунтовано наукову гіпотезу стосовно доцільності досліджень з метою розроблення науково-прикладних підходів та методичного інструментарію для оцінювання впливу повоєнного відновлення соціально-економічної інфраструктури у територіальних громадах на місцевий економічний розвиток. Сформовано план досліджень, який має три логічно-пов’язаних підтеми. Визначено структуру (терміни та завдання) досліджень. За результатами досліджень має бути здійснено розроблення пропозицій з подальшої розбудови соціально-економічної інфраструктури у східних регіонах України.
