Досліджено управління кадровим потенціалом в економічній галузі з урахуванням оновлення персоналу. Результати показали, що для ефективного оновлення кадрового потенціалу необхідно забезпечити належний рівень заробітної плати та матеріальні стимули для працівників, навчання та підвищення кваліфікації персоналу. Фактори, які впливають на процес оновлення кадрового потенціалу, належать економічна ситуація у країні, демографічні процеси та рівень конкуренції на ринку праці. Показано, що управління кадровим потенціалом в економічній галузі потребує аналізу зовнішніх та внутрішніх факторів, а також розробки та впровадження оптимальних стратегій.
