Досліджено проблеми виявлення ознак кризи на підприємстві та способи попередження банкрутства на підприємствах. Обґрунтовано пріоритетність заходів щодо ефективного розслідування правопорушень у сфері банкрутства. Досліджено сутність та особливості застосування форензіку в системі антикризового управління на підприємстві. Визначено доцільність впровадження інструментарію форензіку в системі протидії банкрутству на підприємствах та ідентифікації протиправних дій в сфері банкрутства на підприємствах. Обґрунтовано необхідність законодавчого врегулювання використання інструментарію форензіку як інноваційного інструменту антикризового управління та протидії злочинам у сфері банкрутства на підприємствах.
