Статтю присвячено дослідженню особливостей визначення суспільної небезпечності епідемічної безпеки та кримінальних проступків, як основної ознаки кримінального правопорушення. Висвітлено особливості відмежування критеріїв визначення суспільно-небезпечних наслідків та загрози їх настання, досліджено категорії діяння, що визнається суспільно небезпечним та має наслідком настання кримінальної відповідальності. Визначено основні наукові підходи до розуміння основних складників суспільної небезпечності посягань на епідемічну безпеку.
