Technology for the implementation of strategic consulting at enterprises

The article analyzes researches and publications on the problem of strategic consulting of enterprises. The necessity of investigating the essence of the strategic consulting technology, its features and characteristics, stages of the strategic consulting implementation sequence, their content and resourcing have been determined. Developing the technology of strategic consulting implementation at enterprises is the purpose of the research. The definition of the “technology of strategic consulting” concept is formulated. The basic requirements for the formation of strategic consulting technology are given. A unified sequence of stages of strategic consulting technology is proposed, which pro-vides for: collection and processing of an array of information intended for the development of strategic goals; formation of strategic goals; decomposition of the management system in order to identify problem elements or subsystems; identification of critical areas requiring consultants; statement of the strategic consulting task; selection of the executor of a strategic consulting project; detailing a strategic consulting project; diagnosing a strategic consulting project at the development stage; identification of the diagnosed strategic consulting project parameters impact on the activities of the enterprise; implementation of a strategic consulting project; diagnosing the results of the strategic consulting project implementation; assessment of the strategic consulting project impact on the enterprise activities; development and implementation of deviation control measures on the strategic consulting project imple-mented; economic evaluation of the implementation efficiency of a strategic consulting project. Technology the strategic consulting implementation at enterprises is based on the decomposition of the management system, the formation of identifiers of the strategic consulting project impact on specified objects, and allows us to assess the stability and duration of the impact of the diagnosed strategic consulting project on individual management subsystems or business processes.
