Introduction. In today's business environment, technological solutions and modern analytical tools are the basis for ensuring competitiveness, which confirms the feasibility of a project-oriented approach. Many projects are collaborative (regional and international), requiring innovative approaches to decision-making in corporate management to ensure joint work and communication. Even more projects fail, which necessitates the improvement of analysis methodologies to ensure effective management. In addition, in the context of informatization, digital project management based on systematic approaches to analysis and control is relevant. The purpose of the paper is to study decision-making methods in corporate management based on project analysis in the context of informatization. Results. Project management ensures the controllability of business processes, while digital information tools create the basis for scaling up business in a competitive environment. The development of project management is driven by the development of information technologies, as they enable the implementation of modern methodological tools. Flexible approaches to project management are not always appropriate. Hybrid approaches are used in complex projects with a fixed budget, while integrated approaches are used for innovative projects. Project analysis is used to justify the choice of a project for implementation and to monitor its effectiveness, efficiency, liquidity, and riskiness. The depth of analysis depends on the scale and impact of the project. A unified corporate management system not only manages the corporation's current activities, but also its project portfolio, which allows for positive synergies and assessment of the impact of project adoption. Conclusion. A project-oriented approach to decision-making in corporate management based on project analysis in the context of informatization allows for rapid strategic changes and the implementation of innovative processes to achieve the goals of individual projects, companies, and corporations. The choice of a methodological approach to project analysis and management must take into account its specifics, purpose, scale, time and budget constraints, and the tools used should be hybrid or integrated in nature. Such systems provide reliable support for management decision-making at the corporate level in real time.
