Introduction. In modern realities, enterprise managers are forced not only to respond promptly to existing crisis phenomena, but also to forecast them in a timely manner in order to prevent the situation from worsening. Anti-crisis management is increasingly becoming a necessary component of the functioning of enterprises, since it provides stability, flexibility and the ability to develop in conditions of uncertainty and high risks. The purpose of the paper is to investigate and analyze the problems of forming a system of anti-crisis management measures for enterprises in the context of foreign economic activity and to develop proposals for improving anti-crisis management at enterprises in today's conditions. Results. The anti-crisis management system provides careful monitoring of both expected and unforeseen crisis situations. Attention is paid to a deep analysis of the causes of their occurrence, identification of characteristic features and forecasting of possible consequences for the enterprise, which allows for timely and accurate identification of potential threats that may affect the stability of the company's functioning. The subjective prerequisites for the emergence of crisis situations in the activities of enterprises in the context of conducting foreign economic activities are mostly due to internal management miscalculations, which include errors in making strategic decisions. Among the most effective anti-crisis management tools are financial and organizational restructuring, cost optimization, implementation of activities diversification measures, development of special marketing strategies, search for new business partners, investors and sales markets, etc. Conclusion. Effective functioning of the anti-crisis management system allows the enterprise not only to survive difficult crisis periods, but also to emerge from them stronger and more competitive. Thanks to this approach, the ability to respond flexibly to external challenges and internal problems is formed, which ensures stable development and gradual strengthening of market positions even in conditions of instability and uncertainty.
