The paper substantiates the role of digital transformation of enterprises as a key driver of sustainable macroeconomic development. Globally, digitalization has become a crucial factor in enhancing enterprise competitiveness, as it contributes to the optimization of business processes, the expansion of sales markets, the creation of new channels of interaction with consumers, and the development of innovative products. At the national level, particularly in Ukraine, digital transformation serves as a tool for economic modernization and an important prerequisite for integration into global value chains. Theoretical foundations and current trends of enterprise digital transformation in the context of global and national economic processes have been analyzed. The digitalization of Ukrainian enterprises in 2018–2024 demonstrates contradictory dynamics: despite the gradual implementation of innovative solutions, their diffusion rates remain insufficient. The greatest challenge is associated with the impact of war, which has slowed down the integration of modern digital practices and highlighted the need for new mechanisms of state support for the digital economy. At the same time, the emergence of statistical indicators related to big data and artificial intelligence indicates a gradual shift towards a more mature model of the digital economy. The study examines the impact of business sector digitalization on macroeconomic resilience, innovation activity, and resource efficiency. Digitalization not only creates new conditions for economic stability and resource efficiency but also opens up the social dimension of development. It ensures technology accessibility for different categories of enterprises and the population, helps overcome regional and social barriers, and creates new opportunities for employment and professional mobility. Prospective directions for the use of digital technologies to ensure inclusive and environmentally oriented economic growth of Ukraine in the post-crisis period have been identified. In this context, digital technologies should become a strategic foundation for inclusive and environmentally oriented growth, as they are capable of enhancing enterprise competitiveness, modernizing production processes, and creating prerequisites for socially just and sustainable development of the state as a whole.
