In today's conditions of an unstable economy, ever-increasing competition, and the rapid development of innovative entrepreneurship in Ukraine, the introduction and use of digitalization as a reliable tool for reorienting and maintaining the competitive status of an enterprise is extremely important. Drawing on the historical foundations and realities of successful foreign experience, the comprehensive implementation of modern technologies, automation processes, and the transition to a digital environment are today not only trending features in the enterprise management system, but also an effective tool for reorienting and preserving its competitive status. The purpose of the paper is to study the disclosure of definitions that are the direction of scientific research of famous representatives of classical political economy and modern domestic scientists,which allows them to quickly respond to new business needs. The main participants of effective tools for reorienting and maintaining the competitive status of the enterprise have been identified. It has been concluded that the speed and intensity of the introduction of digital innovations, their active implementation play a significant role for the business and the economic entity, is a driving factor of development that implements and accelerates profitable activities for the enterprise and provides competitive advantages, including: Internet services and mobile applications, order management, but have an impressive result. It was found that improving the financial security of enterprises can be achieved by using relatively new and effective reorientation tools, such as the P2P (person-to-person) segment, as one of the areas of maintaining the competitive status of the enterprise, which provides the opportunity to maximize the benefits of the latest technologies, (including the Internet) to minimize costs and ensure transparency, summarizes the main advantages and disadvantages of their use and further directions and tools for ensuring competitive development during the period of economic renewal of the country.
