Introduction. Ukraine's successful integration into the EU should be based on the implementation of common European standards, norms and principles in various fields. One of the key concepts being actively implemented in EU Member States is the idea of a circular economy, in line with the European Green Deal and other EU initiatives. The circular economy concept should be implemented at different levels, including the company level. The principles of circular economy are closely related and should be reflected in the inventory management of companies. In the context of growing consumption and environmental pollution, the issue of increasing the efficiency of inventory management using circular economy principles is becoming relevant. The purpose of the paper is to formulate a technology for the enterprise inventory management and to substantiate the content of each stage of this technology, taking into account the principles of the circular economy. Results. The technology of enterprise inventory management involves the implementation of such stages as: preparation of basic recommendations for the implementation of the principles of the circular economy within the framework of enterprise inventory management, planning of enterprise inventories on the basis of the circular economy, organization of the use of enterprise inventories taking into account the principles of the circular economy, motivation of employees to use enterprise inventories, control and regulation of the state of enterprise inventories according to the principles of the circular economy. The principles of the circular economy should be implemented at the appropriate stages of the enterprise's inventory management technology, taking into account the specifics of the enterprise's production and economic activities. Conclusions. The concept of circular economy significantly changes the focus of inventory management based on the introduction of a closed cycle of resource use. The implementation of the proposed technology for managing enterprise inventories will form the basis for making optimal management decisions aimed at ensuring environmentally friendly use of inventories and their life cycle.
