Introduction. The relevance of the study is due to the need to systematize the composition and characteristics of possible threats and risks during martial law for food industry enterprises of Ukraine, since existing scientific research contains a fragmentary overview of the above-mentioned issues. The purpose of the paper is to systematize possible threats and risks during martial law for food industry enterprises. Results. It was determined that the methodological support in the specified direction made it possible to present a comprehensive systematization of possible threats and risks during martial law for food industry enterprises of Ukraine. It is noted that the presented methodological approach, although designed for Ukrainian realities, is adaptable to any EU country that may find itself in conditions similar to those that have developed in Ukraine. It is noted that the specified methodological toolkit can also act as a tool for predicting possible threats and risks of wartime for food industry enterprises. Within the framework of methodological support, the following are distinguished: 1) the category of threat “military escalation” (the threat of increasing the intensity of air strikes and the probability of invasion of frontline (border) territories; 2) the category of international threats: military-type threats (the category of threats from the enemy (the Russian Federation) regarding the strengthening of military potential; the category of threats of the enemy involving other parties to intensify escalation processes) and non-military threats (threats of direct and indirect action by the enemy in the international arena regarding the deterioration of partnership relations with Ukraine (regarding the provision of military and non-military support); threats of deterioration of logistics between Ukraine and other states (the movement of such commodity groups as raw materials, materials, products of the agricultural sector and food industry (including their export from Ukraine) due to the blocking of state borders; 3) the category of resource threats. It was determined that the specified threats are accompanied by corresponding risks. Conclusion. It was established that the features given in the work regarding the manifestation of possible threats and risks during martial law for food industry enterprises of Ukraine are important analytical data, on the basis of which possible forecasts in the specified area can be determined.
