One of the main features of digitization is the growing use of technologies and digital solutions. Insurance companies must adapt to new technologies and change their business processes to take advantage of digital tools. For example, they can use artificial intelligence to automate the risk assessment process or blockchain to ensure data security and reliability. In addition, digitalization is changing the ways of interaction between insurers and customers. More and more people are now using online services to purchase insurance policies, apply for insurance claims and get information about their policies. Therefore, insurance companies must develop convenient and secure digital platforms for their customers. However, along with the benefits of digitalization, there are also challenges that require attention from insurance companies. For example, the rise of cybercrime can lead to the loss of customer data or policy fraud. Also, it is necessary to resolve the issue of protection of personal information of clients and use of data for personalization of insurance services. All this makes the topic very relevant and important to study. It allows you to consider the key aspects of digitalization in insurance and find ways for the successful development of insurance companies in new conditions. At the same time, without denying the significant achievements of domestic scientists in this topic, there are contradictions in the normative and legal aspect and constant changes in national legislation, which necessitate the constant updating of acquired knowledge and further research of the chosen topic.
