Planning and justification of the strategic management directions the enterprise

Introduction. This paper examines the main approaches to planning the strategic development of an enterprise, analyzes the methods of justifying the choice of development directions, and examines the factors affecting the effectiveness of strategic planning. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of modern trends in enterprise management, as well as the development of recommendations for improving the strategic planning process to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of enterprises in the long term. The purpose of the work is to study the theoretical and practical aspects of strategic planning and management of enterprise development, as well as to identify key factors affecting the effectiveness of its operations. Results. The results of the study make it possible to determine the key areas of strategic development of enterprises. Modern methods of strategic planning for enterprise development, including SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Blue Ocean Strategy, and Agile planning, were reviewed, studied, and analyzed. The use of modern methods for strategic planning allows enterprises not only to form effective development strategies, but also to ensure their adaptation to changes in the external and internal environment, which is an important factor of theirs. Thus, the results of the work provide a comprehensive overview and justification of key aspects of the strategic development of the enterprise, which can significantly contribute to improving the effectiveness of management decisions and achieving long-term success of enterprises in a competitive environment. Conclusion. The results of the study confirm that strategic planning is critically important for the successful development of the enterprise. This allows you to clearly define long-term goals, form effective strategies for their achievement, and ensure the stable development of the enterprise in the conditions of a changing market environment. The main factors that affect the effectiveness of strategic development of the enterprise include both external and internal factors. Appropriate management of these factors is essential to ensure successful strategy implementation. In our opinion, special attention should be paid to the improvement of the system of monitoring and evaluation of strategy implementation. Further research in the field of strategic development of the enterprise can be focused on the study of the influence of the latest technologies on strategic planning, the development of new approaches to the adaptation of strategies in conditions of uncertainty, as well as on the study of the specifics of strategic management in various sectors of the economy.
