Problem aspects of managing the efficiency of the export activity of domestic manufacturing enterprises in the conditions of martial law

Introduction. The military invasion of the Russia dealt a blow to all links of the state's economic system. The production of the main types of products, which form the basis of the export potential, decreased. In the new economic conditions, success on the economic front, in particular in the restoration and increase of export supplies, depends significantly on the ability of managers at various levels to make correct management decisions, form adequate strategic and business plans, and ensure their timely and effective practical realization. The purpose of the paper is to study the problematic aspects of managing the efficiency of export activities of domestic enterprises in the conditions of martial law. Results. The reasons for decline in exports of domestic enterprises and the role of the state in supporting them are considered. Features of strengthening cooperation with EU countries are noted. The types of management of enterprises’ export activities efficiency are identified. The requirements for comprehensive analysis of activity of the exporting enterprise are formulated. The modern bases of successful functioning of the management system of efficiency of the enterprise’s export activity are highlighted and the factors influencing the mentioned efficiency in the conditions of martial law are presented. Models of the organization of export activities of domestic enterprises are specified. Conclusion. Thus, in the current conditions, the recovery of export activities of domestic enterprises, and, accordingly, of export supplies depends significantly on managers, which have to form adequate strategic and business plans and ensure their timely and effective practical realization; implement organizational management structures adapted to new features of management. It is recommended to do this together with adequate actions on the part of the authorities regarding the implementation of relevant tools and measures.
