У статті розглянуто актуальні цивільно-правові механізми відшкодування збитків та шкоди, завданої збройною агресією росії Україні. Проаналізовано проблеми, з якими стикається наукова юридична спільнота, фахівці з правничої допомоги та судова влада у розгляді та вирішенні питань про відшкодування шкоди та збитків, завданих збройною агресією росії населенню України. Обґрунтовано необхідність розроблення пропозицій з удосконалення національного та міжнародного законодавства. Зроблено висновок про те, що нині продовжується робота у сфері гуманітарної, фінансово-економічної підтримки держави, у сфері юридичного опрацювання дієвих механізмів відшкодування збитків та шкоди, зокрема й через конфіскацію активів росії з дотриманням норм міжнародного права.
