У статті проведено поглиблений комплексний аналіз сучасних інноваційних стратегій, їхнього впливу на промисловість, цифровізацію державного управління, розвиток зеленої економіки, стартап-екосистеми та військово-промислового комплексу в умовах повоєнного відновлення. Показано, що інноваційна відбудова є не лише механізмом відновлення економіки після воєнних дій, а й стратегічним інструментом модернізації, підвищення конкурентоспроможності, інтеграції України у світовий економічний простір та розвитку військово-промислового комплексу, створюючи умови для сталого економічного зростання та технологічного прогресу.
