У статті досліджено конкурентоспроможність виробничого підприємства в Україні в умовах кризи. Обґрунтовано визначення цього поняття як інтегрованої здатності системно розробляти, виготовляти та комерціалізувати ціннісні пропозиції та забезпечувати його стійкий розвиток. Виокремлено актуальні напрями організації реалізації економічного завдання конкурентоспроможності виробничого підприємства в сучасній Україні та пріоритетні мікроекономічні механізми її формування. Визначено адаптаційні підходи до управління конкурентоспроможністю у контексті євроінтеграційних орієнтирів.
