У статті проаналізовано взаємодію між Спільною зовнішньою та безпековою політикою (СЗБП) ЄС і практикою Європейського суду з прав людини (ЄСПЛ) в умовах окупації українських територій. Показано, що санкційна політика, дипломатичні заходи ЄС та практика ЄСПЛ у справах проти росії формують європейську систему реагування на порушення прав людини. Подальші дослідження доцільно спрямувати на вдосконалення взаємодії політичних механізмів ЄС та судових механізмів Ради Європи у сфері захисту прав людини та підтримки міжнародного правосуддя.
