У статті досліджено проблему недофінансування судової влади в Україні, що ставить під загрозу її незалежність та ефективність. Метою роботи є правове оцінювання чинної нормативної бази стосовно позабюджетного фінансування місцевих судів через гранти, благодійну допомогу та цільові внески. Автором проаналізовано ключові законодавчі прогалини, встановлено корупційні ризики та потенційні конфлікти інтересів. У висновках обґрунтовано потребу в невідкладній реформі для забезпечення прозорого та безпечного фінансування судової влади відповідно до міжнародних стандартів.
Ключові слова : судова влада, фінансова незалежність, позабюджетне фінансування, благодійна допомога, корупційні ризики, законодавче регулювання
