У статті проаналізовано моделі регулювання криптовалют у ключових юрисдикціях (США, ЄС, Японія, Китай, Україна). Виконано порівняльний аналіз класифікації активів як віртуальних активів, фінансових інструментів і засобів платежу, застосувавши методи аналізу, синтезу та порівняльно-правового дослідження. Запропоновано рекомендації із гармонізації українського законодавства з MiCA та FATF – з акцентом на KYC і AML/CFT. Результати визначають напрями вдосконалення правової бази цифрової економіки.
