Статтю присвячено аналізу правового регулювання слідчих (розшукових) дій у Кримінальному процесуальному кодексі (КПК) України, акцентуючи на змінах, зумовлених введенням воєнного стану. Основну увагу приділено змінам, внесених до кримінального процесуального законодавства (ст. 615 КПК України). Проаналізовано правозастосовну практику Верховного Суду стосовно застосування норм КПК України в умовах воєнного стану. У підсумку обґрунтовано необхідність внесення змін до КПК України з метою усунення виявлених проблемних аспектів правозастосування, особливо в умовах воєнного стану.
