У статті досліджено особливості функціонування системи публічних закупівель у медичній галузі України. Проаналізовано сучасне нормативно-правове регулювання, зокрема зміни, внесені до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», та акти Кабінету Міністрів України, які спрямовано на забезпечення оперативності, гнучкості й адаптивності закупівель у період дії правового режиму воєнного стану. Медичні закупівлі мають свою специфіку, що зумовлює потребу в додатковому регулюванні, зокрема через підзаконні акти Міністерства охорони здоров’я, механізми централізованих закупівель, міжнародну співпрацю та електронні платформи. Окрему увагу приділено діяльності електронної системи закупівель ProZorro та її спеціалізованої підсистеми, яка відіграє ключову роль у забезпеченні прозорості та ефективності медичних закупівель.
