Статтю присвячено дослідженню суб’єктів та об’єктів відносин з пільгового кредитування індивідуального житлового будівництва в сільській місцевості. Виокремлено види та структурні елементи правовідносин, наведено характеристику основних суб’єктів. Проаналізовано критерії, яким мають відповідати майбутні позичальники. Досліджено систему об’єктів правовідносин, основним серед яких визначено спорудження житлових будинків. Аргументовано доцільність дотримання державних будівельних норм і правил у зведенні будинку на умовах пільгового кредитування.
Ключові слова : індивідуальне житлове будівництво, пільгове кредитування, адміністративно-правове регулювання, сільські території, фонд підтримки індивідуального житлового будівництва на селі
