У статті проаналізовано ключові виклики, які постають перед посадовими особами органів місцевого самоврядування в Україні в умовах воєнного стану. Важливу роль серед управлінських завдань посідає вирішення гуманітарної кризи, соціальної підтримки населення, забезпечення внутрішньо переміщених осіб житлом, харчуванням та медичною допомогою. Підкреслено важливість комплексного та інтегрованого підходу до подолання викликів воєнного часу, необхідність ефективної координації між органами місцевого самоврядування, державними структурами, міжнародними організаціями та громадськістю.
Ключові слова : місцеве самоврядування, воєнний стан, гуманітарна криза, економічна стабільність, інформаційна безпека, цифровізація управління, територіальна оборона, відновлення інфраструктури
