Статтю присвячено дослідженню питань, пов’язаних з визначенням міжнародного правопорядку як видового об’єкта кримінально-правової охорони для діяння, передбаченого ст. 443 Кримінального кодексу України. Визначено, що міжнародний правопорядок як об’єкт кримінально-правової охорони є складним і багатоаспектним явищем, який охоплює також мир і безпеку людства, хоча і вужчим за змістом, ніж міжнародний правопорядок, як міжнародно-правова категорія. Зазначено, що міжнародний характер суспільної небезпечності кримінальних правопорушень проти міжнародного порядку обумовлено нерозривністю зв’язку кримінального і міжнародного права.
