У статті розкрито проблемні питання адміністративно-правового регулювання цементної галузі в умовах дії воєнного стану в Україні, що запроваджено 24 лютого 2022 р. Указом Президента України № 64/2022, дія якого продовжується відповідним Указом кожні 3 місяці. Введення воєнного стану в Україні стало безпрецедентним викликом для всієї держави, зокрема й економічного сектору промисловості країни, включаючи стратегічно важливу цементну галузь, яка забезпечує матеріальну основу для стратегічного будівництва фортифікаційних споруд, відновлення інфраструктури та реалізації критично важливих будівельних проектів.
