Мета статті – дослідити юридичні виміри конституційної ідентичності України шляхом аналізу чинного законодавства, судової практики та національних норм. Дослідження зосереджено на розумінні того, як ці елементи формують конституційну ідентичність України. Аналізуючи історичні прецеденти, нещодавні законодавчі зміни та ключові судові рішення, дослідження прагне розкрити принципи та цінності, які складають конституційну ідентичність України. Основна мета – визначити основні компоненти цієї ідентичності та запропонувати практичні рекомендації з її розвитку з урахуванням національних та міжнародних правових стандартів.
Ключові слова : конституційна ідентичність, національна ідентичність, суверенітет, конституційна демократія, європейська конституційна ідентичність, конституційні цінності, євроінтеграція
