Introduction. The current operating environment of Ukrainian enterprises is characterized by constant threats caused by ongoing military actions. Destruction of infrastructure, unstable transport routes, resource shortages, and security risks significantly complicate logistics planning and execution. Under such conditions, international logistics standards become not only elements of modern management but also essential tools for business resilience and adaptation. The purpose of the paper is to substantiate the necessity of implementing international logistics standards by Ukrainian enterprises during martial law and to analyze their impact on management efficiency, risk mitigation, and business continuity. Results. The research demonstrates that the implementation of international standards such as International Organization for Standardization standards (ISO 9001, ISO 28000, ISO 14001) and GS1 significantly enhances the stability of logistics processes. These standards provide structured approaches to quality management, supply chain security, and environmental responsibility. They enable enterprises to systematize risk assessment, optimize inventory, improve cargo tracking, and respond quickly to disruptions. Furthermore, certification strengthens the trust of international partners and investors, facilitating access to foreign markets and financial support. A phased implementation model that includes process analysis, documentation development, staff training, internal audit, and certification, ensures effective integration of standardized procedures into daily operations. Conclusion. International logistics standards substantially improve management effectiveness in wartime conditions by reducing uncertainty, enhancing risk control, and ensuring operational transparency. Their implementation allows Ukrainian enterprises to maintain competitiveness, adapt to rapid environmental changes, and remain reliable partners in the global market despite ongoing instability. Particularly important is the fact that international standards strengthen an enterprise’s ability to manage risks. They establish a systematic framework for threat assessment, identification of critical control points, and development of alternative courses of action.
